To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please review the following Terms &amp; Conditions. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Operating Hours<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Monday to Friday:<\/strong> 8:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM (drop-off and collection by prior arrangement only).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Weekends &amp; Public Holidays:<\/strong> By special arrangement only. Please not Paws Inn is closed for check in and check outs on the 25th December and 1st of January.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Viewing Times:<\/strong> By appointment only. <br>Sat 11 am &#8211; 1 pm. Sun &#8211; closed. Monday &#8211; Friday: 10 am &#8211; 4 pm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Late or early arrivals must be arranged in advance. Kindly notify us if you are running late for your appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Terms<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Accepted Methods:<\/strong> EFT or cash only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deposit:<\/strong> A <strong>50% non-refundable deposit<\/strong> is required within 24 hours of making a booking to secure your reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Outstanding Balance:<\/strong> The remaining balance must be paid in full before check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats with payments still outstanding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Booking Confirmation:<\/strong> A booking is only confirmed once both the deposit and completed booking form have been received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Deposit (Non-Refundable)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upon receiving your confirmation and invoice, a <strong>50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit<\/strong> must be paid within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> to secure your booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, the space will automatically be released.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Balance Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>outstanding balance is due 7 days before check-in<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the full amount has been paid (7 days before check-in), <strong>the entire booking becomes non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Cancellations \/ Amendments<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>All deposits are non-refundable<\/strong>, regardless of when the cancellation is made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>From 7 days before check-in<\/strong>, the <strong>full booking amount is non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shortening the number of days after a booking has been confirmed is treated as a cancellation of those days<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These unused days <strong>will not be refunded<\/strong>, as peak-season spaces cannot be re-filled at short notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The full original booking amount will still apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Early Departures<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No refunds or credits will be given for early departures.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>7+ days before check-in \u2192 Full refund (excluding non-refundable deposit).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than 48 hours \u2192 50% of total booking charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No-shows\/same-day cancellations \u2192 Full booking amount charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Early departures \u2192 No refunds for unused days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Stay Policy<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Out of season: <strong>minimum stay of 2 days<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One-day bookings are generally not accepted due to the extensive cleaning and disinfecting process required after each guest\u2019s departure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a one-day stay is requested, a <strong>R120 cleaning surcharge<\/strong> applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peak season (December): <strong>minimum stay of 7 nights <\/strong>due to high demand and limited availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vaccination &amp; Sterilisation Policy<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>For the safety of all guests:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All cats must be <strong>fully vaccinated<\/strong> against FeLV, Feline Panleukopenia, Snuffles, and Rabies at least <strong>14 days before check-in<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cats must be <strong>neutered\/spayed<\/strong> (except kittens).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Documentation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Original vaccination certificates must be <strong>emailed in advance<\/strong> or <strong>presented at drop-off<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vet letters are not accepted unless pre-approved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flea, Tick &amp; Worm Control<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cats must be up to date with <strong>vet-approved flea, tick, and worm treatments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Most products provide only <strong>1\u20133 months of coverage<\/strong>, so please ensure treatments are valid for the duration of your cat\u2019s stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This ensures your cat remains protected while enjoying our spacious garden and play areas, and helps us maintain a <strong>safe, pest-free environment<\/strong> for all our guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accepted Guests<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>We welcome:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Healthy, well-adjusted adult and senior cats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cats requiring medication or special diets (accommodated in individual bungalows).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Young kittens, frail, or special-needs cats (cared for in dedicated indoor rooms for their safety).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shared Bookings<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cats from the same household may share a bungalow <strong>only if they are on the same diet<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If on different diets, separate bungalows must be booked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Not Accepted<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unneutered\/unspayed cats (unless kittens).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cats with serious health conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feral or unsocialised cats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aggressive cats (they will be isolated until collection, and bookings may be cancelled).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Feeding &amp; Treats<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Owners must supply their cat\u2019s regular food to maintain dietary consistency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We kindly ask that owners supply <strong>sufficient food for the full duration<\/strong> of their cat\u2019s stay, with a small extra allowance in case of delays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are happy to feed dry food, wet food, and raw food. All food should be <strong>clearly labelled and suitable for storage<\/strong>, and Paws Inn Fourways will store it safely until mealtimes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the supplied food runs out during the stay, or if a cat is not eating the provided food, <strong>Paws Inn Fourways will ensure an alternative food is offered<\/strong> to support the cat\u2019s health and well being. The following charges will apply and be added to the final invoice:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dry food only:<\/strong> R20 per cat, per day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wet Food Sachets &#8211; R15 a sachet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wet food or mixed diet:<\/strong> R35 per cat, per day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Owners are also welcome to <strong>order additional food at their own cost and have it delivered to Paws Inn Fourways during the stay<\/strong>, provided this is arranged timeously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Food supplied by Paws Inn Fourways will be quality commercial cat food, for example <strong>Royal Canin Fit 32<\/strong>. Specific brands or specialised diets cannot be accommodated; clients wishing to provide these will need to organise delivery themselves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daily treats are provided with your consent &#8211; please notify us if you prefer your cat not to receive treats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our priority is always to keep your cat settled, well-fed, and comfortable during their stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Photos<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>We love capturing special moments of our feline guests during their stay. These photos may be shared on our website or social media to showcase the happy faces that visit us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By boarding your cat with us, you grant permission for us to take and share such photos, <strong>unless you notify us in writing at check-in<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liability<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>While every possible safety measure is taken \u2014 including <strong>double gate entry\/exit, CCTV, double-meshed fencing, secure enclosures, and 24\/7 property surveillance<\/strong> \u2014 Paws Inn Fourways is <strong>not liable<\/strong> for escape, illness, injury, or death <strong>unless proven due to gross negligence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personal Belongings<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We provide all essentials (bedding, toys, bowls, blankets).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nervous or sensitive cats may bring <strong>small personal items<\/strong> (blanket, toy, or bed).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please collect all personal items at check-out. Paws Inn Fourways cannot guarantee items left behind will be kept.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Illness &amp; Veterinary Care<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Should a cat become ill or injured, we will seek veterinary treatment at your expense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical pet insurance is highly recommended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will always attempt to contact you or your emergency contact first. If unreachable, we will act in the <strong>best interest of your cat\u2019s health<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed prior to arrival. Paws Inn Fourways will not be held responsible for complications due to undisclosed conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check-In Requirements<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All cats must arrive in <strong>secure, lockable carriers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cats brought in open baskets or in arms will not be accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for cats that escape from carriers to or from the car.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unclaimed Cats<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>If a cat is not collected within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of the scheduled collection date, and all reasonable attempts to contact both the owner and the emergency contact have been unsuccessful, Paws Inn Fourways reserves the right to act in the <strong>best interest of the cat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This may include safe re-homing through a trusted animal welfare organisation (e.g., the SPCA). Once a cat has been transferred into the care of such an organisation, Paws Inn Fourways accepts no further responsibility or liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Updates<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>We understand how much you love your cat and may want updates during their stay. Paws Inn Fourways will do our best to share WhatsApp updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note: <strong>our priority is the care of all boarders<\/strong>, including feeding, cleaning, and giving each cat individual attention. During busy periods, updates may not be sent every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rest assured that your fur baby will always be <strong>safe, loved, and well cared for<\/strong>. If we capture a special moment, we will definitely share it with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Feedback &amp; Concerns<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>We value your feedback.
